We bring heavy planetary diamond grinders with dust-containment vacuums to mechanically profile the concrete slab (CSP-2). This opens the pores and removes weak top laitance for an indestructible bond.
Crack & Pit Restoration
We chase every crack and pit with a diamond blade, then fill imperfections with rapid-curing polymer menders that cure harder than the concrete itself before grinding flush.
100% High-Solids Base & Flake Broadcast
We apply a pigmented high-solids base coat that sinks deep into the profiled pores, then immediately broadcast a generous full layer of your selected decorative flake chips.
Clear Polyaspartic Seal & Anti-Slip
After scraping excess flake flat, we lock everything under a thick, clear polyaspartic top coat with integrated micro-texture for superior durability and slip resistance.
