Preparation
Every garage floor begins with heavy planetary diamond grinding to remove the weak surface laitance and open the concrete pores for a mechanical CSP-2 profile. We then chase and fill every crack, pit, and spall with fast-curing polymer menders before any coating touches the slab. This prep step is what separates a permanent floor from a DIY kit that lifts off in sheets.
Installation
After prep, we apply a pigmented high-solids base coat and immediately broadcast a full layer of your selected decorative flake blend. Once cured, we scrape the flake flat and lock everything under a thick, clear polyaspartic top coat with integrated micro-texture for slip resistance and durability.
